glitter text tutorial
In this tutorial I will be teaching photoshop users how to make "glittery text", which is becoming very popular these days. this tutorial is relatively simple, and all photoshop users should be able to follow :)1) Type out your text in whatever fonts/colors you want.
2) Right click your text layer and select -> rasterize layer. this will make your layer a normal layer instead of a text layer, which will allow for further editing.
3) now its time to add the glitter! go to filter -> add noise. play around with the noise settings until you're satisfied. mine look like this :
When you're happy with your glitter settings, press okay :)
Now your text is glittery! You can continue to edit the text as you please. I just added a white stroke and a drop shadow :) here is my final result :
